Hi Friends Today In This Article We Are Going To Assemble 4440ic based 12v dc operated Stereo Amplifier With a 4440 ic board wiring diagram

components You Need

1. 4440 Dual Ic Board
2. Samcon Car Cabinet
3. Volume Control knob x4
4. USB Bluetooth Board
5. On/off Switch
6. 100k Volume Control x4

Now Let’s Assemble According To The image below

1. Solder To The Volume Control Front First Pin
2. Solder To The Volume Control Back First Pin
3. Solder To The Volume Control Front Second Pin
4. Solder To The Volume Control Back Second Pin
5. Pin No 5 and 6 To be Solder To The Volume Control 3rd pin Front and back
   Those Circled Two Pairs of Yellow Wires are the Speaker’s Left And Right Channel Audio Output

Now, in this Part We are Going To Solder the Bass Treble And Audio Input Wires

Now Solder According To The Above Picture
L, R, G Marking Wire Is Usb Board Left, Right, And Ground Connection. L, R, G Marking Wire Is Usb Board Left, Right, And Ground Connection.
Now Coming to the bass treble section Above the picture I have mentioned Two Bass And Two Treble Which means the Audio Left Channel Bass 
And Treble And Right Channel Bass and Treble

Bass connection
Now Take A Stereo volume control and Solder the front 3 pins to board the first 3 bass Wires
Then Solder back 3 pins to another bass 3 wires.

Treble Connection
The treble Connection is also similar to the bass connection How We Solder the bass wires. Take a stereo volume control and Solder the first 3 pins to board first 3 treble wires and Solder back 3 pins to treble the second 3 wires.. like the below image

Power Supply
Now, in this part, we are going to connect Power supply Wires

1. 12v Dc Input
2. Ground
3. 5v DC Output For USB Board
4. Ground For USB Board
   That’s All Friends Now Connect your amplifier with a 12v DC adaptor or any other audio source to check and enjoy your music.
